We accept most major medical insurances and will file your claim for you. Uninsured individuals who are in need of our services and are concerned about high costs, don't worry. We have your best interest in mind so we offer affordable rates, and have frequent specials including new patient discounts.

We accept assignment on the health insurance plans listed below. You may have a deductible amount or co-pay for your visits depending on the insurance policy. If you have another health insurance plan please call the office and we will do what we can to accommodate.
